Gentle Yoga Flow (Online)
Ease into Yoga with a balanced session of gentle postures and mindfulness.
An extended 90-minute practice combining Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to release tension in the body and mind. Guided by breath, participants settle into Yin poses held for 3-5 minutes, allowing deep relaxation. With elements of Yoga philosophy, storytelling, and full moon themes, it encourages letting go and restoration. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own to get extra comfy

This is a totally new class for anyone over 50yrs old who would like to start yoga. Mel will introduce you to yoga starting right from the basics. The class is open to all and allows time for a short relaxation afterwards. There is no need to bring anything, the Studio has all the equipment you require, just wear comfortable clothes so you can move about. Come along and stay flexible!!
