Whether you are new to yoga or returning after a break, she hopes you will find a safe, encouraging space to explore your practice and leave each class feeling refreshed and confident.

This is a totally new class for anyone over 50yrs old who would like to start yoga. Mel will introduce you to yoga starting right from the basics. The class is open to all and allows time for a short relaxation afterwards. There is no need to bring anything, the Studio has all the equipment you require, just wear comfortable clothes so you can move about. Come along and stay flexible!!
