Slow down and reconnect with your body in this calming, therapeutic class. Blending breathwork, mindful movement, and yin poses, it’s designed to release tension and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Suitable for all levels, it promotes calmness and supports the transition to meditation. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Wear comfy, loose-fitting clothing, and bring cosy socks. Hydrate after this gentle, restorative practice.

This is a totally new class for anyone over 50yrs old who would like to start yoga. Mel will introduce you to yoga starting right from the basics. The class is open to all and allows time for a short relaxation afterwards. There is no need to bring anything, the Studio has all the equipment you require, just wear comfortable clothes so you can move about. Come along and stay flexible!!
