Blending breathwork, mindful movement, and yin poses, it’s designed to release tension and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Suitable for all levels, it promotes calmness and supports the transition to meditation. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Wear comfy, loose-fitting clothing, and bring cosy socks. Hydrate after this gentle, restorative practice.
