Founded from a personal journey towards healing and wellness, All About Yoga is a testament to the power of Yoga in overcoming life's challenges. Our dedicated studio in Guernsey is a space where everyone, regardless of their physical or financial position, can access Yoga and experience its profound benefits. Come as you are, and leave a little lighter, a little stronger.

Studio Schedule

We have over 30 classes per week on offer, both in the studio and online. Our booking system is hosted by Gym Master - either sign in or create an account to book, manage and cancel your classes online. You can also drop-in at the studio however, booking is always advised.

Slow and Soulful Vinyasa
Slow & Soulful Vinyasa

Move thoughtfully through sequences blending breathwork, mantras, and relaxation.

This class provides a mindful and accessible approach to Vinyasa Yoga, offering ample time to move thoughtfully through sequences. Options are provided to suit all levels, from those building strength to those seeking gentler transitions. The session incorporates breathwork, mantras, yogic philosophy and Chakra awareness, promoting mental clarity, resilience, and relaxation. Each class concludes with a long relaxing and integrative Savasana. Beginners are warmly welcomed.

Qi Going
Qi Gong

Balance energy and enhance well-being with mindful, gentle movement and breathwork.

Qi Gong combines gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness to balance life force energy (“Qi”) and promote long-term well-being. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element theory, these simple, guided practices nourish the body and reduce stress while enhancing natural healing energy. Suitable for all ages and experience levels, this class offers a holistic path to health and calm. Just bring comfortable clothes and an open mind—no prior experience needed.

Sun Power Yoga
Sun Power

Blend traditional styles for a balanced practice of strength, flexibility, and calm.

Sun Power Yoga blends four traditional styles: Hatha for philosophy and classic postures, Iyengar for alignment, Sivananda for breath and mindfulness, and Ashtanga for heat, flexibility, and stamina. Each class includes pranayama (breathing techniques), flowing asana, and a relaxing Savasana. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, with modifications and options offered throughout. This balanced practice enhances strength, flexibility, and inner calm, making it a perfect choice for any Yoga journey.

Yin Yoga

A deeply restorative practice designed to release tension and promote relaxation. This class focuses on long-held, passive poses, targeting deep connective tissues and enhancing flexibility. Guided by breath and mindfulness, participants are encouraged to melt into each posture, creating space in both body and mind. Perfect for all levels, including beginners, this soothing practice helps reduce stress and fosters a sense of inner calm. Leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply at ease.

Pilates for Core Strength

Strengthen your core and body with accessible, controlled mat-based movements.

These mat-based Pilates classes are open to all levels and always welcoming to beginners. Ideal for building a strong functional core, improving posture, and conditioning the whole body, they cater to both newcomers and experienced practitioners. Through precise, controlled movements, students develop mind-to-muscle coordination and strength without relying on momentum. Lessons are thoughtfully structured, helping participants build confidence and quickly experience the benefits of a consistent Pilates practice.
