Our dedicated studio in Guernsey is a space where everyone, regardless of their physical or financial position, can access Yoga and experience its profound benefits. Come as you are, and leave a little lighter, a little stronger.
We have a variety of Yoga, Qi-Gong and Pilates classes on offer, both in the studio and online. To book, manage and cancel your classes, sign in or create an account with our booking system, hosted by Gym Master. You can also drop-in at the studio however, booking is always advised.

We offer specialised programmes for Beginner's, Children and Teens, Corporate and Private groups, Sports Teams, and individuals with mobility limitations (Chair Yoga). Our goal is to make Yoga enjoyable and accessible, regardless of fitness level or life stage.
Our community classes and partnerships with local charities ensure that Yoga is also financially accessible. We're committed to fostering health and wellness across our community with free, donation and pay-what-you-can classes.
Individually we have unique needs and because of this, we offer a variety of styles of Yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra and Restorative as well as completemetnary practices, Qi Gong, Mat Pilates and workshops.
If you are looking for a wonderful yoga class and teacher I cannot recommend Lydia Newman enough. Her classes are so welcoming and inclusive and I always leave feeling more positive and capable than when I arrive. Yoga on a Saturday morning at 8am is the best way to start my weekend.
Qi Gong is really a very rich practice and I think that Craig's class is perfect for learning and practising.

Facing my 60th birthday and one, if not two, knee replacements, I embarked on my yoga journey with AAY with some trepidation. I needn’t have been concerned. From my first tentative gentle lunchtime yoga class with Lydia, I was welcomed with kindness, encouragement, and empathy, and, of course, knowledgeable and skilful teaching. A year on, I am more flexible, grounded and aware of my body, (and have avoided those knee replacements).
Love the pilates class, I started them in October and can really feel the benefit. Great instruction, varied classes, and Craig answers any questions.
Megan is an excellent teacher. Very mindful and knowledgeable.
At The Guernsey Cheshire Home we have had the absolute pleasure of regular gentle seated yoga sessions with the wonderful Megan from All About Yoga, gifting her time and sharing her passion with us is an absolute monthly highlight and fantastic way to stretch and relax, Megan caters to our abilities telling us we do as little or as much as we feel able to do.
Recently I saw a new offering from All about Yoga so I contacted Megan to see if we could trial the new offering so…….On Thursday we embraced a new experience at The Guernsey Cheshire Home. The art of Qi Gong with Craig… who gifted his time and experience to us and we certainly weren’t disappointed we had a large group take part in the session of seated Qi Gong.The residents and staff alike joined in.Craig explained to us what Qi Gong was, we then all joined in with each gentle movement Craig showed us. With calming music and Craig’s gentle demeanor we relaxed and flowed connecting mind, body and spirit. It was a fantastic session. Everyone was extremely chilled after the session and we were already looking forward to the next one..Both Megan and Craig are fantastic teachers and adapt sessions to their clients needs Thankyou so much

I absolutely love my Qi Gong classes. I had not done it before and now find it to be one of the best hours of my week!
