Kirsty’s path to health & wellness began through her own healing. After years in a high-pressure legal career, she experimented with many techniques to improve her mental health and wellbeing. She became a personal trainer and pilates instructor to help others transform their lives through movement and nutrition. Through this process she realised that, although these interventions were very helpful, they were not enough to deeply transform and unburden the mind.
Kirsty turned to the breath as a way to reconnect with her deepest self and she never looked back. She has travelled to India to study under the guidance of master teachers and lineage holders, and is a certified 700-hour kundalini yoga teacher, trained transformative breathwork facilitator and a sound healing practitioner. Kirsty has also studied the breath from a Western standpoint, and became an Oxygen Advantage ® Breathing Instructor. Her personal transformation is living proof of what is possible when we pause, breathe, and listen deeply. Her passion is to help others access the same inner steadiness she discovered, using the breath as a bridge between body, mind, and heart. Kirsty’s sessions are grounded, compassionate, and designed to support you in living a more present, centred and energised life.
