Suitable for all levels, it promotes calmness and supports the transition to meditation. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Wear comfy, loose-fitting clothing, and bring cosy socks. Hydrate after this gentle, restorative practice.

Perfect for all levels, including beginners, this soothing practice helps reduce stress and fosters a sense of inner calm. Leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply at ease.
