This welcoming class blends breathwork, mindful movement, and strength-building, perfect for all levels, including beginners. By integrating mindful breathing with flowing movements, it fosters a deep connection with your body. Each session leaves you feeling relaxed, peaceful, and grounded. It’s an ideal practice to cultivate inner balance and build strength while nurturing a sense of harmony within yourself.
This is a totally new class for anyone over 50yrs old who would like to start yoga. Mel will introduce you to yoga starting right from the basics. The class is open to all and allows time for a short relaxation afterwards. There is no need to bring anything, the Studio has all the equipment you require, just wear comfortable clothes so you can move about. Come along and stay flexible!!
